Established in 2009 as a corporate and commercial law firm, CDV Attorneys represents multinational corporations and advises corporate and commercial clients including start-ups, blue-chip organisations and entrepreneurs.

We provide legal engagement in partnership with our clients, shaping our services to meet their needs under the various categories of service we offer, be that Company Law & Corporate Governance, Commercial Litigation, Construction Law, Commercial Transactions & Agreements or Insolvency & Business Rescue. At any one time we are pursuing in excess of R1billion and defending in excess of R3 billion on behalf of our clients.
